Salient Features
Pulp valves are provided with body made in two halves suitably bolted. 
The halves are milled all over to close tolerances for proper mating.
The body is designed free of pockets or recesses to avoid accumulation 
of pulp.
The design of scour plate allows easy servicing of the valve without 
disturbing the line.
The valve is provided with well designed heavy section fabricated yoke
The stem of the valve is provided with ACME threads closely machined 
to provide smooth operation.
A gate is provided with a knife edge to cut through fibrous medium
A rubber gland with suitable clamping arrangement is provided to 
eliminate leakage.
Hand wheel of sturdy design to offer firm grip for effective operation
All valves have been designed to withstand working temperatures 
of 120ºC.
